At Guitars Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack the guitar in its original protective hardshell case or gig bag, ensuring all documentation and tools are placed inside the shipping box.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our luthier team inspects the instrument for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
